The first requirement of placing your ad
will be to provide an email. This email will be the email you will use to
administer your ad. It will not be available to the public to see.
It will be the email that you use to edit your ad in the future. You will be given a choice to add an email address for the viewers to
send email to you concerning your ad on Optional Items in Step 2.
Title: Give your ad a very
descriptive title. IE: Montana Mountain Farm & Ranch for sale
Full Advertisement Description:
There is plenty of room in the
text box to include as much text as you would like about your item or
service. A good idea is
to write your text in a word document or in an email and then copy and
paste it into the box provided for the Full Advertisement Description.
Be sure to include your phone number in the text of the ad if you would
like people to be able to reach you by phone. It is also a good
idea to include your email address and website in the text of the ad, if
you would like to be contacted through either of those methods.
If you have a website, you will
want to write enough about your item to entice the viewer to go to your
website to find out more. Include your location and your
specialties, making sure that you include your website URL as well as a
phone number where you can be reached. If you want to be reached
by email as well, include that too. (You will be able to edit your ad in
the Review/Edit step).
If you do not have a website, you
will want to write as much as possible about the item to present it in
the best possible light. Include your location, your specialties,
and the best description as possible for the item. Make sure that
you enclose a phone number where you can be reached. If you
want to be reached by email as well, include that too. (You will
be able to edit your ad in the Edit step).
Note: You will be able to edit
your ad any time during the duration of the ad period that you have
chosen after it has been submitted and paid for.
At the end of this page you will
need to read the security key and type it into the box provided, then
click on Continue.
If you have entered the security key correctly you will go to the next
step (Full Detail & Photo Selection), if you misread the security key you will
be asked to try again, or if there are any other errors such as an
invalid email address (usually misspelled) you will be
prompted to fix the error, then resubmit the security key and then click continue
again. If you don't see an error message and return to the same
page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, you may not be seeing the
error message.

are items that will enhance your ad page and increase
your chances of being found on the internet. Bear in mind that all of these
items are there to help your new ad page be found by the search
engines and web crawlers and thus help more viewers also find your ad page.
If you choose not to complete any of these steps, you are narrowing the
field of potential customers.
Keywords: Keywords are hidden words
included within your advertisement for use by Internet search engines.
This can help customers locate your advertisement when searching the
Internet. They are not seen by the viewer. They are
cues for the web crawlers and search engines. Only enter words
that are
pertinent to your ad.
Example: If you have a farm or ranch for
sale in Montana that has great hunting, is in the mountains, and you
grow crops on, you would want to include words such as; ranch, land,
cattle ranch, horse ranch, farm, hunting ranch, hunting farm, farmland,
ranchland, mule deer, deer, antelope, elk, Montana, Montana real estate, ranch for
sale, land for sale, MT ranch, MT ranches, MT farm, Montana farm,
pheasant hunting, agriculture, crop, grouse hunting, mountain,
cropland, wheat, etc..
Website: If you have a
website, place your website address here. If you do not have a
personal website, leave it blank. If you are a real estate agent
listing a particular property, list the particular property page URL
(web address). Then the viewer can go directly to the listing and
not have to sort through other listings to try to find the one described
in your ad.
Pricing: You can
list an item price here, your phone number or write "see website"
Email: You may provide a
different email other than the one entered on the Start Ad page,
or use the same one, or none at all if you prefer not to be emailed.
Be sure to set your personal email program to accept emails from
globaladvertizing.com.
Phone: List your phone number. We strongly recommend that
you place a phone number in the body text of the ad as well.
City:
List your City; and if you are rural, list
your nearest City and possibly list your County, It helps with search
engines
State/Province: List your State or
Province, It helps with search engines
Country:
List your Country, It helps with search
engines
Continent: List Your Continent, It
helps with search engines
Category: Use the drop down
box to change the category if it is not already correct for your
listing.
Add Photos Click Browse and add up to 10 photos for
your advertisement (optional). You do not need photos to complete your
ad. They are very beneficial, but you can always come back and add
the photos after the ad has been submitted or you may not have photos at
all. When you click on browse it will automatically search
for a folder where you might store your photos on your computer.
You need to know what folder your photos are stored in on your computer
to find them if the folder does not come up automatically.
Uploading photos:
You will want to upload the best photos that you have to showcase the
item. If you have more than 10 photos you can either write in the
ad text to email or call for more photos or you can assemble a collage
of photos on a single merged photo to represent one photo and do this 10
times. Example at right,
click on photo to enlarge.
You should try to resize your photos to
800 pixels wide before uploading. This will enable them to upload
quickly. Very large photos will not upload and you will receive an
error message. If you do not know
how to resize your own photos, you may send them to us and we will resize
them and then post them for you. Be sure to identify your ad
number and give us instructions with each photo if you want to add text
to each photo. Photos need to be in .jpg or .gif format.
You will want to write text about each
photo as well. You will be able to do this underneath each photo
after it has been uploaded. The photo will upload with a text box
underneath that says <optional - enter a description for the selected
photo here>, you will type right over that text to write what you want
about that particular photo.
Save Changes, Then click
Browse to add the
next photo and then enter the text , etc, etc... If you forget to add text to a particular photo and want
to go back and add text, click on the photo and it will highlight
with a gray border, you can add the text. Do not click on the
red X, (that
will delete the photo). If you want the photos to appear in a
certain order then number the photos, IE: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
You do not need to put a period (.) after the number, but you may if you
wish. Write the description of the photo after the number.
Click on the photo that you want to be the
Featured Photo for the ad introduction, then click on the Red Thumbnail
, that will set the photo as the
main photo. You can change the featured photo at any time by just
clicking on a different photo and clicking on the Red Thumbnail.
You should click the Save
Changes button after each photo & text addition, AND when
you are done loading all the photos.
When all photos are
uploaded click on ContinueYou will go to Website Selection

SelectionListing your
advertisement on multiple websites can greatly enhance
the visibility
of your ad on it's individual advertisement page. Each website
selected can help you reach thousands of additional customers.
Simply choose from the offered websites or search for more
specific sites.
This
page has a Website Selection
Box on the left and a Search Box
on the right.
The
Search BoxSearch is where you
will type words that will reflect what you want to advertise.
If you have a farm or ranch for sale in Montana, you type Montana into the search box. All the
Montana sites will be listed first in
the Website Selection
on the left side of the page. Below that will be other names that
you may also be interested in. Always look for the name you type
in as well, (farm). You will find domain names
like:
www.farmandranchrealestate.com,
www.farmlandforsale.net,
you can change the search word as often as you would like, ranch,
cattle, horse, irrigated, wheat, hunting; then after
you have tried what you can think of pertains to you, try some city
names near you, try your state abbreviation, then change the category
and start all over again in the search box if you wish. Check each
domain that you would like to advertise at. You can uncheck any
domain name to remove it from the selection and then select
Update Cart.
A running Price tally is found underneath the Search box. Below that is a table listing our
rates. You are able to list your ad for 2 months, 6 months or 1
year (best deals are for a year). You just need to click the Radio button
as to the length of time that you want to
run the ad.
Once you have chosen all of the domain
names that you want to advertise on click on the
Checkout button.

Payment Option 1: You call
us and ask any questions, talk about payment by sending check, give us
your cc number over the phone or discuss any specials that we may have
running, and you have the opportunity to

Insert your Name & Phone Number into this box. Please insert your

call you back as soon as we receive the request. If you are from
another country other than Canada we will most likely contact you
by email as to what questions you may have or how you would like to pay
for your ad.
If you do not find the
notice in your email, or spam box or in your deleted email, then make
sure that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) will let you receive
emails from globaladvertizing.com.
Payment Option 3: Fastest way to complete your ad without any human contact. You
can pay by credit card or by PayPal. Once at PayPal, you are
going to be able to choose between making payment by credit card, or
making payment by PayPal. PayPal will ask you to become a member, if you
don't want to belong, just
keep to the credit side of the page if you do not want to join PayPal.
If you do want to join PayPal there will be a wait time while PayPal
verifies you. If you join, your ad will be posted once PayPal verifies you.

All funds are payable in US dollars. If you are from
another country with different currency, PayPal has a currency exchange,

When you have followed through with a
payment option your ad will be posted to the websites chosen.

Please note
that after your ad has been posted you should receive a Customer
notification with your ad information by email from: admin@GlobalAdvertiZing.com.
Since we are an advertising company our email may end up in your spam
box or junk box. Please look there if you do not receive the
confirmation email. This email is important as this is the
information that you need to modify your ad in the future. If you
do not find your Customer ad notice, You can call us and we will resend
it to you. You can also set up your email box to accept email from
admin@GlobalAdvertiZing.com to assure that the email comes through with
no problems.
If you do not find the
notice in your email, or spam box or in your deleted email, then make
sure that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) will let you receive
emails from globaladvertizing.com. You
may have to call them to do this. They should inform you as to
what type of internet filtering service they use (many use Postini)
and they should give you your account information and password to access
it. If it is Postini, once you are in your account, click on your
Junk Email Settings and then add globaladvertizing.com as approved
sender under the Sender Lists.
